The Last Taco Stand

Developed during the GameDev.tv Game Jam 2024, theme "Last Stand"

Aliens have destroyed all other human food, blowing up restaurants and food carts in stunning intro scenes that I didn't have time to make during this game jam! You are the Last Taco Stand on earth! Deliver tacos to your city's hungry survivors while fighting off viscous aliens that Kenny.nl meant to be cute and cuddly! Explore the unfinished city and maybe pretend that aliens erased most of it instead of that I didn't leave enough time to finish building it! (Seriously, pixel art tile maps are time consuming.)
